Pest Control
What pests are covered in my plan?
Your plan covers 50+ common household pests including ants, spiders, cockroaches (excluding German roaches), fleas, crickets, rodents, and more. Specialty pests like German roaches, bed bugs, termites, fire ants, and stinging insects are available as separate services.
What is included in your packages?
Your General Pest Control package includes a thorough interior and exterior inspection, exterior perimeter treatment, spot treatment in accessible interior areas as needed, de-webbing and nest removal, and targeted baiting or rodent treatment when appropriate. Fire ant coverage can be added for an extra $10 per month.
How is Sage different from monthly pest control?
Most pest control companies come every month. Sage comes every four months because our products are formulated to last longer. We use micro-encapsulated products that release active ingredients gradually, and we rotate what we use so pests never build resistance. Three treatments a year vs. the industry standard of 4 to 12.
