We had a great experience with William Jacobson. He was professional from the moment he arrived, explained what he was looking for, and walked the whole property instead of giving it a quick once-over. What stood out was how detailed he was. He pointed out the spots that needed treatment, told us why, and walked us through what he was doing and what we should watch for afterward. We never felt rushed, and we left knowing exactly what had been done. Highly recommend.
