Outside, your technician checks the foundation, door thresholds, window frames, crawlspace vents, utility penetrations, and anywhere moisture collects. Inside, your technician inspects the areas where you’re seeing activity, including baseboards, cabinets, behind appliances, bathrooms, attics, and crawlspaces.
Your technician applies a perimeter barrier around the exterior and targets confirmed entry points and active harborage spots with direct application. Inside, your technician treats only the areas where pest activity is confirmed. For cockroach activity, your technician customizes the treatment by species. For rodent issues, your technician places snap traps along interior travel paths and installs tamper-resistant bait stations around the outside of the home. When small gaps are found, your technician seals openings under 2 inches by 2 inches through minor exclusion work.

The General Pest Control program includes free re-services between scheduled visits. If pests covered under your plan are still active after a treatment, call or text Sage Pest Control. Covered pests include ants, spiders, cockroaches (excluding German cockroaches), crickets, earwigs, silverfish, beetles, pantry pests, pill bugs, centipedes, millipedes, fleas, flies, indoor ticks, mice, rats, scorpions, non-honey bees, and paper wasps.
