Most pest problems in Greensboro homes begin at the edges of the house. Foundation cracks, crawlspace vents, pipe gaps, and worn door and window seals let ants, cockroaches, spiders, and rodents inside.
The technician assigned to your home pinpoints how pests are getting in and what is attracting them, then treats that source directly. The General Pest Control plan handles spiders, ants, flies, mice, rats, paper wasps, and all cockroaches but the German cockroach. Indoor fleas and ticks are included too.
Same-day visits are possible 90 to 95% of the time. Book one with a quick call or text.
Our Services
Same-day service, 90-95% of the time, text-first access, and treatments designed to last. Starting at $49/mo
Our Process
Inspect. Treat. Protect.
The first stop is the outside of your Greensboro home. Your technician looks over the foundation, crawlspace access, garage thresholds, window frames, and spots where utilities come through the wall. Inside, the inspection centers on the rooms where you have noticed pests, like cabinets, baseboards, bathrooms, and attics.
Treatment covers the exterior perimeter plus each entry point and harborage area the inspection confirms. Interior spaces are treated only where pest activity turns up. When rodents are the issue, snap traps are set along indoor runways and tamper-resistant bait stations are placed outside. Any gaps found that measure under 2 by 2 inches are closed with minor exclusion work.
Service continues on a three-visit-per-year schedule. If covered pests reappear between those visits, send a text or make a call. Re-treatment is free under the General Pest Control plan.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Sage Pest Control. Not only have they provided excellent service, but they have shown our family a level of kindness, understanding, and compassion that I genuinely will not forget. Their customer service has been exceptional. Every interaction has made me feel like they truly care about the people they serve, not simply the account or the service being provided. They listen, they are accommodating, and they go out of their way to make their customers feel valued. It is increasingly rare to encounter a company that combines professionalism with genuine human kindness, and Sage Pest Control does exactly that. I am incredibly grateful we chose them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about its customers. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Sage, for taking such wonderful care of our family! ❤️Posted on Google![]()

Frequently asked questions
General Pest Control is $49 a month for a home of 5,000 square feet or less, after a $299 initial service. From 5,001 up to 7,000 square feet, the monthly rate is $54.
Beyond 7,000 square feet, add $5 a month per extra 1,000 square feet. Adding fire ant coverage costs $10 more each month.
Yes. Free re-services come with the General Pest Control plan. When covered pests keep appearing once a treatment is done, request a follow-up by text or call. Your technician inspects the problem area again and re-treats for free.
Covered pests include ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, beetles, pantry pests, pill bugs, centipedes, and millipedes. Mice, rats, scorpions, paper wasps, non-honey bees, and every cockroach except German cockroaches are covered as well. Fleas, flies, and ticks are treated indoors as needed.
Bed bugs, termites, German cockroaches, bald-faced hornets, and yellow jackets each have their own program. Fire ant coverage is an add-on. Residential drain fly treatment and honey bee treatment are not offered.
Subterranean termites are the termites Sage Pest Control encounters most in North Carolina. Living underground, they travel through mud tubes to reach a home’s wood through foundation cracks, plumbing gaps, and places where wood meets soil. Look for mud tubes on foundation walls, wood that sounds hollow, and winged swarmers inside.
Treatment uses bait stations set into the soil around the house. Worker termites share the bait with the colony, which helps wipe it out over time. A technician inspects first and recommends a termite plan based on what turns up.
A mouse needs a gap only about a quarter inch wide, close to the width of a pencil. A rat can get through roughly half an inch. Typical openings include door and garage door gaps, utility line and pipe openings, vents, rooflines, damaged soffits, and cracks in the foundation.
